Suggest Treatment For Polymyositis

i am 37 yrs old, sufferring from polymyositis for the past 5 yrs. CPK varies from 2500 to 700 & remaining around 2500 for the past 5 months. I am taking steroids for the past 5 yrs ranging from 10 to 60mg?day & at present in 10mg/day for the past 2 yrs,methtextrate 17.5mg/week,but still no recovery. What should i do?
