Suggest Treatment For Polyps In Fingers

hi my doctor just told me i have a polyp, and i realized i feel it with my fingers. is it necesary to remove it. i may have experienced little blood after intercourse a few times but it is rearly and not anymore?? wht do u think remove or not??? i am 30 yrs old
