Suggest Treatment For Polyps In The Lungs And Esophagus

My son just got diagnosed with polyps in his lungs and esophagus. He lives in another state, so I don t know the Doctor. My son had to read me the type of polyps over the phone. It was something that sounded like it started with the letter R and ended with carcenoma? What could it be? He is slated to return to his Doctor next week for talks about treatments or operations is any.
