Suggest Treatment For Poor Concentration While Having Anxiety

I m a 3rd year law student and I m having anxiety attacks in class and during testing. I m having a very difficult time focusing especially with readings and multiple choice exams. I m not sleeping very well either. I m tired all the time and I drink caffeinated coffee to keep going.

Hello,
It sounds like you have an anxiety disorder that needs medical treatment. The best option is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). These drugs are often thought of as antidepressants, but many of them are also indicated for anxiety and panic disorders. Exercise and counseling may also help but I suggest you see a doctor and get treatment for your anxiety as soon as possible.
Regards
