dear doctor, iam 36yrs old and blessed with 3 kids. past 10 yrs i am lacking libido and no strong erections and no penis sense since my first panic attack. i am using tofranil 50 mg daily. recently i have used gentex and androit capsules but in vain. iam an indian and working in saudi arabia. iam visiting india in feb 2011. please advice what to do. i have consulted andrologist in saudi but no result. thanks

Consult your psychiatrist,discuss about paroxetine and bupropion as a substitute for your antidepressant. Take Tab Tetrafol Plus 2 times a day for 3 month, it has helped many.
