Suggest Treatment For Poor Memory After Suffering From Meningitis

Hi, my brother has suffered from maningitis long back, he has recovered alot as doctor says but I think his brain still dont work in order, his remembrance is low, he is so much foody,specially sweets. please help me out to develop him.

He is of 23years, got maningitis at the age of 8years
