Suggest Treatment For Popping Of Knee

Hi, I jumped off (3 ft) off my deck and my knee hurt a little and it pops when I move it when I'm sitting down but when I walk or run it doesn't hurt AT ALL...but, when I first sit down I get a little pain but just for like a second. It looks exactly the same as the other though so it does not look dislocated or feel dislocated. What do you think?
