Suggest Treatment For Post Concussion Syndrome After Being Hit On Head

While at work, I went to grab items out of the floor cabinet, I had the top cabinet open . I stood up hit my head on the bottom aND corner of cabinet. My head was bleeding, I don t remember anything. My mother took me to er, I was confused and that was 7 days ago. I can t explain the head pain, neck pain, upper jaw pain and still get confused as if my brain and mouth do not work together. My husband took me back to er last night due to pain and well Just being what I call stupid. I went back to work monday, now I am seeing a concussion specialist. My head pain is worse and neck pain. I was told I have post concussion syndrome. I can t look at tv it hurts to, and I cant read it s blurred. Is pcs real. I feel I am going crazy, I get mad when I can t answer a question and my pain will not stop, and I have narcolepsy dx as a child. I am a medical assistant, my work seems very mad, I want to work. How long will pain last, and why does my neck hurt
