Suggest Treatment For Post Nasal Drip And Bronchitis After Z-Pak

my age is 38, im 125 pounds and i 5.2i was diagnosed with allergies, got put on flonase, zertect and sudefed. allergies are fine now, but i hv the post nasal drip and i now have broncitis, i did hv a chest xray. goy puy on the z pak for six days, got a little better. im on the last day of zpk im still coughinh a little and wheezing. what now?

Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.
Looking at your symptoms,you are suffering from inflammation in the respiratory tract.
You may find relief by taking following medicines:
Analgesic with Antiinflammatory like Ibuprofen,
Antacid like Rantac,
Antihistaminic like Cetrizine,
Oral Decongestant like Pseudoephedrine and Nasal Decongestant like Oxymetazoline(if not suffering from Hypertension),
Bronchodilator like Salbutamol,
Cough expectorant like Ambroxol.


Avoid cold,spicy ,oily food.Take voice rest,Do steam inhalation.Drink lots of warm fluids.Avoid dust.
