General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms of your child seem to be related to post nasal drip.

I suggest using a mucolite.

I also suggest using a saline nasal spray for local application.

If the symptoms continue I suggest to consult a pediatrician for prescription antibiotics.

Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards!
