I had yellow watery liquid pouring out of my right nostril today... gad a bad headache last night... woke up and my nose ran uncontrollably. ... soaked up a whole papertowel... it s still dripping on and off but clear now... I habe thoracic outlet syndrome and I have brain lesions and spine lesions. ... dhould I be concerned? I have a c scan in 5 days from now...

Hello,

It could be a part of sinusitis. Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. Antibiotics have to be started preferably amoxiclav. Steam inhalation can open up the clogged sinuses and provide symptomatic relief.
