Suggest Treatment For Post Nasal Drip And Lower Back Pain
I have SOB,a cough which sounds like a dog barking and post nasal drip and constant lower back pain on exertion. Have had CScans done(only showed a 1.6 cm nodule on my thyroid) stress test, many blood tests and now booked to see a respiroloist as I am also extremely short of breast on exertion. Also having PF test in Feb. I am usually a very active person but for the past 6 months have done very little. I also have been diagnosed with Intermediate Uveitis(2 years ago) and have gone through many test as 50% of the time it is caused by something else happening in your body,ie Sarcoidosis, lupis , MS, a tumor, etc. Any answers you can give me would be appreciated or any suggestion ...

Looks like you are suffering very much with your problem. SOB- Shortness of breath is mainly due to some problem in either lung or heart mostly. If it is common issue means, you are diagnosed earlier and treated as of now. You may be some problem in your airway or of the lung tissue. If you are exposed to some minute particles from your job likely textile industry,etc., you may have interstitial lung disease. Sorry to say, if you are exposed to too much nicotine that means if you are a chain smoker, you may have bronchitis or any premalignant issues which should be ruled out. I just want to know your job, habits, weight and history of surgery or trauma to the legs for giving you more opinion on your illness. Hope you will diagnosed of your issue earlier and better.
