Suggest Treatment For Postherpetic Neuralgia

I had herpes zoster opthalmicus ten months ago. I am taking acyclovir200 mg two times a day from last six months. Had taken 400 mg daily and 800 mg initially. I also have post herpetic neuralgia for which I am taking Gabapentin 100mg 8n alternate days.My email address is YYYY@YYYY .

Hello,

I see that you are already taking the right medication for herpes zoster.I would recommend to use Lyrica instead of Gabapentin to relieve the pain.
