Suggest Treatment For Pounding Sensation In The Chest, Excessive Sweating And Blurred Vision

My Dr gave me Methylpresnisolone I have taken the first day of 6 pills. Bouncing off the walls type of hyper, I am experiencing pounding in my chest, tightening in my throat, sweating in my face mostly, blurry vision insominia, headache, very very hyper and talkitive.
