Suggest Treatment For Pregnancy Termination

My period has stopped. It supposed to happen on 23rd of this month. I am newly married and my pregnancy test report has come positive. But in ultrasonogram report they could not find anything. I do not want baby now. Is there any abortion pill that i can take?

hello user,abortion pills or mtp pills are only taken after sonography,after knowing weather baby is intrauterine or extrauterine...consult your gynecologist and then take medicine...thanks..
