Hello ma'am and welcome.

First of all, a pregnancy test is best conducted on or after the second day of a missed period or 2 weeks after sexual contact, using an early morning urine sample.

As for conception, it is a much more complicated process than we assume it to be. Not conceiving for a duration less than 2 years is still considered normal, and only after that is it considered pathological. But I would either way recommend a visit to your doctor for an elaborate evaluation and assitance for the same.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
