Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation After Taking Medication For BP

HI Iam 41.Since last 7yrs iam consuming hydrochlorothiazide tablet daily for high bp.just after consuming the above drug for 3months I feel less tempo in erection and less sex appetite.since then iam feeling sex appetite just once a month and that is unsuccessful due to premature ejaculation.Besides that I was suffering from hernia on left which has been operated since march-2010.Still I am unable to have a successful sex life.Please help me.

kindly get yourself examined for newly emergent diabetes or peripheral neuropathy. also you need a detailed evaluation from both a urologist as well as a psychiatrist to find out whether the problem is organic or psychogenic. i am sure that after detailed evaluation your problem can be solved.
