Hi iam kumar iam 24 years old,i started mastrubuting 10 years back,from past two years iam facing many sexual problems,i ejaculate early,my penis size has become very small less than 2 inches,whenever i pass urine at the end the semen flows out ,i have night fall problem also please help me come out of this problem

First of all I would like to psychoeducate you that masturbation is completely safe way to achieve gratification. It is not associated with any risk to potency or fertility. Most of individuals masturbate in their life.

Now coming to your other problems. Penis size varies between individuals and even in same individual the size may change with change in outside temperature. It is the size of erected penis which maters. The problem of semen flow at the end of urination is due to Dhat Syndrome. Most likely this is causing significant distress in you. The problems of nocturnal emission is considered normal if this happens 1-3 times a months.

Consider a psychiatrist for expert evaluation and proper treatment of your problem.
