Sir my name is sir, i am 23y old,i can not satisfied my girlfriend sir my pinnes lenght is 10cm i want to increase my pinnes size and length how sir any tables is there sir,we can take tables any side effects is there sir and when i am sex with in 5min my sprom is come .i want sex more than 15min how sir please answer my question

I can understand your concern and after reading your query it seems that you have many psycho-sexual beliefs that should be corrected.

- First of all I'd like to tell you that it is not the length of penis but its the hardness and erection which mater during intercourse. The light of 10 cm in erected stage is fine and this is the length which is capable of intercourse with any woman. So don't feel inferior about your length. As long as you are getting good erections there is no need to worry.

- You have mentioned that your ejaculation time is about 5 minutes. This time is perfectly fine in in fact most of males ejaculate in about 3-5 minutes. Still if you want to increase your ejaculation time then try to divert your attention while intercourse. Some medicines especially SSRIs as Paroxetine, Sertraline etc can be used to increase the ejaculation. Please consult a psychiatrist for prescription of these medicines.
