This will reduce the premature ejaculation over time. Medicine like sertraline , escitalopram, clomipramine, peroxetine are also useful in reducing premature ejaculation , this medicines are usally prescribed by psychiatrist for treatment of depression but for your condition they are also useful. Out of this clomipramine can be used as and when required. Wearing condoms and masturbating few hour prior to the actual sexual activity also help many of the men.
