Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation Of Semen

I am 43 years old and married for 15 years. My wife is 3 year younger and we have two kids. Kids are 12 & 7 years respectively. My problem is the premature ejaculation from the very first night. Some time I use numbing spray so that I can make 5-10 strokes. So always I do only oral services to satisfy my wife and ask her also to suck me. With out numbing spray I am not able to even enter the vagina. We are happy otherwise and we do not have any other issues. How can I cure my condition.

I can understand what you are going through.If I had similar patient visiting my clinic ,I would have started him with paroxetine 12.5 mg.This dose can be escalated to 25 mg if required which usually treats the condition.If paroxetine is not effective, Dapoxetine 30 mg can be given 1 hour before intercourse. Apart from this, there are few techniques which can hasten recovery.
1. start and stop technique: Your wife is supposed to stimulate you and the moment you are about to ejaculate she is supposed to stop all the stimulaton and and hold your penis head hard. Now this should be repeated.
2.Perineal exercises also help. These are the muscle exercises that occur when you contract the perineal muscles like when you are trying to stop the urine or feces. You have to do this contrations repeatedly daily to tone up the perineal muscles.
