Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation Of Semen

sir, my name is basir ahmad and i am 38 years old i live in afghanistan . i got married 3 years ago and when i used to go to my bed room with my wife i was not able to put in her. i release my sperm before getting in, her palce.. i can't hold my self then i went to pakistan for treatment i took pils but they were just teporery i ate thoes pils for 3 months but i am still the same. advise me what to do.yes when i was young i have jerked alot for your information

Hello Mr.Basir,

There are two types of treatment option for your problem.

One is sex couselling in which stop and squeeze technique would be helpful. Another method is master and johnson technique in which you have to involve your wife for the treatment. This counselling can be done by qualified sexologist/psychiatrist.

However considering your geographical situation, I think above option would not be feasible for you.
You go for medications.
Clomipramine and paroxetine are the good options.Both can be taken initially daily and later on before sex only. Choice between them depend on your consulting doctor and your requirement.
Another medicine is depoxetine which is somewhat newer medicine. It should be taken before 1.5-2 hours of sex.
So consult some doctor that ask for these medicines.It will help you for sure.
