Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

I have had ejaculation problems for the last 2-3 months . erection is great but just cant finish off what could be the problem with this . is it because of age(61) or is it a health problem I need to check . it got to where I could only ejaculate a little bit before this finally quit.i get the orgasm feeling but cant reach the point of ejaculation .

Let me tell you that ejaculation of semen in men and vaginal contractions in female are not essential to experience orgasm (climax).
You reported that you do experience the orgasm feeling or heightened sexual ecstasy followed by feeling of relaxation.
Seminal volume may reduce with advanced age.
