Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

Hi Doctor, Actually i am suffering a problem with premature ejaculation and i am able to do the sex from 1-2 mins only,Also i am a fat guy and my penis size is very small. i started enjoy sex in my school days only like i was at 12 years,is this causing a problem all the issues which i mentioned above. right now i am 31 year old guy. Also please suggest a medicine to prevent premature ejaculation

I can understand your concern. First of all I'd like to tell you that sexual intercourse at earlier age has no effects on potency or performance in later age, so no need to worry. Your other issue is small size of penis. It is not the size but its erection which maters during sexual intercourse. So if you are getting good erection then there is no need to worry.

Your main issue is premature ejaculation. In most of individuals premature ejaculation occurs because of associated underlying anxiety during intercourse. Try to relax yourself and have great time in foreplay and you will see improvement in time. Medicines like SSRIs are very helpful in premature ejaculation. Paroxetine, Sertraline if used in evening time regularly help to delay ejaculation time. Please consult a psychiatrist for prescription of these medicines.
