i really appreciate your concern and i gone through your query, megamox is no drug for treatment for premature ejaculation.
As such no specific medicine for but u can overcome by detail discuss with your partner, increase your foreplay time ,when u near ejaculate then stop intercourse and divert your thinking by change topic ,do yoga and meditation and use local anesthetic cream for interrupt sensation ,use good condom.
