Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

Hello Doctors, I am a 26 year old guy, I don t know much about this problem but I do feel II have a problem of premature ejaculation as after like 30, having an urge to ejaculate. What could be the possible beat way to cure this and have contrôle of this PME . Is himalaya rapido/silajeet gold will be helpful in this case. Please advice?? Thanks in advance.

Premature ejaculation is a fairly common problem in all men.
I can advice you to do kejel exercise, which gradually help to gain control over your ejaculation muscles.
There are also options of delay creams and sprays availble which you can try.
