Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

I m 38 years old getting married next month. From last 20 years ,I used to rub penis against bed and get pleasure.Still I m continuing till I get married. Soon after rubbing to bed I m ejaculating and qty of the sperm is less. Will it effects my sexual life?please advise

First of all, This thing you are facing cannot be labelled as premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is condition in which a person ejaculates vary early as desired in sexual activity. Often in masturbation we ejaculate early, this has no relation with ejaculation in sexual activity.
Most cases of premature ejaculation as pschological & often men learn to control their ejaculation with sexual experience. So you should not worry about ejaculating early. Try to stop masturbating now. It will affect your performance in bed.
