Hello I am 27 years old man. I have been facing premature ejaculation for quite a while and ED as well sometimes. I had my first sexual encounter at 25 where i realized that i have PE. I thought it was my first time so its natural. But frequency of sex increased but PE still remained. The duration is 15-20 mins of foreplay and after that i ejaculate. Sometimes, if i try a second round immediately then also i ejaculate soon. Even with masturbation it doesn t last long as it should. I know that this is more of a mental problem rather than physical. I don t want to go into critical treatments (if there are any). I heard of a tablet called Himalaya Confido and found good reviews. So, is it fine if i take Confido without visiting any doctor? What can be the consequences?
