Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

Dear Doctor, I am going to get married on Nov-2010. I feel I have premature ejaculation problem. And my penis is not hard enough. I tried to have sex with my GF (5-6 times), after 5-6 stroke I ejaculate. Also after masturbation, the initial ejaculation is like water & then white semen. I am 26, 5'5",78KG, no blood pressure, no sugar problem, no gastric problem. Normal health.

Thanks for putting your query on HCM.
I can understand what you are going through.One solution is medications. If similar patient visits my clinic I prescribe them 12.5 mg paroxetine at night and they are doing good. Normally one should try until 25mg of Paroxetine. If paroxetine is not effective then Dapoxetine is an option. It has to be given 1 hour before having sex and will prolong the sexual interval.
