Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

In the past I had enough mastrobate but now I am planning to marry and I donot have sex with my girl friend yet. but most of the time when I sit and talk to her the leakage occur from my penis and I found it more disturbing when I use the loo after that I find too much of semins in the tiolet. I am bit worried why this is happening? Am I getting sexually weak or something? What should I do to reduce that?

Hello,
Masturbation does not cause any decrease in your sexual capacity. This is very much normal. the reason what i think is either you have increased sexual desires at present or you have anxiety about your performance on first intercourse. But be assured that this would not make you sexually weak. just relax and it will go away on its own.
