Sir/Madam, I am 34 years old about 50 kg and height about 165 cms from Guwahati, Assam, I am suffering from severe premature ejaculation for last 15 to 20 years anow I can not stay long even 03 seconds sperm comes out like round sugars. please recommend some medicines

Premature ejaculation can occur due to severe anxiety or anticipatory anxiety. You can consult a Psychiatrist for proper management as your problem is chronic. Medicines like SSRIs as Dapoxetine are usually used in premature ejaculation. Non medicinal treatment in form of exercises, relaxation exercise, yoga is also useful.
Divert your attention while having intercourse to delay ejaculation.
