Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

hi i am married man , my age is 27 yrs and i have daughter of 3 yrs...... i think i am not stisfying my wife because my water falls within 5 to 7 minutes and after having physical once i am not excited for having sex 2nd time....... so please suggest me what to do

hi dear,
having ejaculated with in 5 min is quite enough to satisfy wife. even if your wife is not satisfied then there is problem with method of sexual relation.
for female needs more time to excite as compared to male. so proper and enough fore play is required to excite her. and if you penetrate before excitement then it may not satisfy female well.
so do proper foreplay and then penetrate once your wife fully excited.
