i use to masturbate but i do that no more, now am experiencing premature ejaculation. can u please direct me what medicine will help me stay longer and enjoy my real sex life. i dont want to use just any other medicine because am afraid of their side effects.....

Normal ejaculation time is more than 3 min. Do not worry about masturbation as it does not cause premature ejaculation.
For treatment behaviour intervention like stop-start technique is helpful. In drug treatment SSRIs medicines are helpful, which you can get after prescription from nearby psychiatrist.
