I am male 31 years old married since last 8 years. Me suffering with premature ejaculation,erectile dysfunction, small size 4 inch when erected and very thin in grith. Me also mastrubating since last 15 years. I shall be grateful if u please advise me cure / medicine etc.

having premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction may be due to many reason.
whether you have any associated symptoms like burning urination, any local injury, any history of operation, any tension or fear, history of hypertension or diabetes?
sometime due to above reason also such complain occurred. for that you have to consult psychiatrist to know detail history and rule out the causative factor .
regarding length of penis it is not problem to have 4 inches penis because it is enough length to satisfy female , female vagina is only 2 inches sensitive.
not to worry much as worry also cause erectile dysfunction.
