i had done lots of mastuberation from my teens age. now my penis is very weak. with touch of patner my sperm fall, i am very worried about it. it is premature ejaculation, i think,how can i permanently get relief from pe, how it will be cure,permanently so i can last long for long time

You will need to take a medicine called SSRI.
This is an antidepressant but also works to prevent premature ejaculation.

Also a lidocaine jelly can desensitize the penis so you will last longer.
