Suggest Treatment For Premature Graying Of Hair

Hello doctor... My age is 25yrs, height 6ft & weight is 73kg. I am facing a problem of premature greying from last 8 years. I have gone through the list of reasons of premature greying in early 20s & found that unhealthy scalp, deficeincy of vitamins & iron maybe the reason behind this. I checked my vitamins & iron levels 2 years ago & they were below the low level. Now I still have a deficiency of vitamin B12 & vitamin D in my body. I am using garnier hair color from last 4 years coz 50% of hairs are white & now facing a problem of hair fall & dandruff. Is there any way to stop premature greying & its reversal? Is there any type of hair proteins available to rejuvent the hair color pigments which can be applied to scalp directly? Please suggest me some treatment. Thanks in advance

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
Greying of hair occurs when the melanin of a particular hair follicle is permanently exhausted.Premature greying of hair is attributed to many factors like diet,nutrition, UV rays, pollution, cosmetics/dyes/colors, genetics, medications etc.
Treatment of grey hair is pretty challenging. I would advise you biotin and calcium pantothenate combination tablets for atleast 6-8 months. Apply Altris gel containing Melitane, which is a new compound shown good results in premature greying of hair. Also, a novel hair sunscreen cum hair serum Q sera black has shown good results in preventation of hair damage from sun and pollution.
Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet and try to de-stress your lifestyle. Try to limit your smoking and alcohol intake.
