Hello,

Welcome to healthcaremagic.com!

I really appreciate your concern. Feeling tired and weak could be due to premenstrual syndrome. Having a healthy diet, regular exercise, especially aerobic exercise like walking, can improve your symptoms. You should avoid high salt, sugar and caffeine intake. You can have Vitamin B complex, Vitamin E and calcium supplements to improve the symptoms.

If you are having high bleeding during periods you can have iron and Vitamin B12 supplementation.

Hope my answer has solved your query. Take Care.

Thank you.

Best Regards.
Dr. Manan
