Hello,

You have a history of having blood in urine since 3 months. Hematuria is a serious disorder & you are suggested to visit ER & get physically examined. It is indicative of bladder or kidney disease, kidney stones or more serious problems like Glomerulonephritis or enlarged Prostate.

Get Urinalysis, C/S Urine, Cystology, CT. MRI, Cytoscopy, IVP, Kidney(renal) biopsy done. Your treatment will depend upon the cause detected. You may need antibiotics, urine & blood pressure monitoring. Stay away from addictions if any.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
