Suggest Treatment For Presence Of Blue Veins Under The Eyes

I am 38 years old.The area under my eyes has gone very thin and blue veins are visible under the eye area.Is there a suitable cream that you can advise to cure this problem.Also for past two years my feet are tanned.Have tried all remedies but nothing worked.Would kojic acid cream help in tan removal. Regards

the skin you have refereed is always thin.fluid accumulation and pigmentation generally takes place. can apply sunscreen lotion.avoid expo user to sun. no specific cream available what is marketed are UN authenticated.
