Suggest Treatment For Presence Of Semen In Urine

I pass semen mixed with urine while urinting specially when I urinate by force, I also have the problem with dripping small drops of urine after leaving bathroom even after minutes, seems that this small amount is left out in the urethra and by changing position (specially sitting) the added pressure makes it to come out. What is my problem and how I could cure it? thanks for your answers.

Hi,

Not all leakage from the penis is semen. After ejaculation the presence of semen in the urine is not a source of concern. However, you need to check with your urologist if what you are describing is semen at all. For semen after urination pelvic muscle exercises help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
