Suggest Treatment For Pressing Of Vein Between Two Discs

I am 76 years old. One of my veins is getting pressed between two discs in the backbone (as per MRI report). Also, I am losing balance even while standing. MRI report shows some spot in the brain. Few doctors have suggested surgery of backbone and laser treatment for spot in the brain. I have taken appointment of neurosurgeon Dr B K Misra. Please comment.
