Suggest Treatment For Pressure And Burning Sensation In The Chest
My boyfriend, 51 yrs old, is experiencing pressure in his chest causing pain, burning, discomfort. He s got pressure thru his arms as well & he can t seem to lie down or get comfortable. No trouble with his breathing but there is some burning in the back of his throat. Thank you for your help!!

It seems to be an acid reflux problem. For that antacid like rabeprazole can be prescribed.
You need to investigate with endoscopy like further investigation as well to rule out a hiatus hernia like a problem.
