Suggest Treatment For Pressure Around Left Eye And Discomfort In Stomach After Accident

I recently took a bad fall (8/22) off a segway. I fell backwards and my head bounced pretty good. I was wearing a helmet. I have had a slight headache/pressure feeling over my left eye. No blurring issue and a consistent turning feeling in my stomach. not sure if I should see a doctor or wait it out

With head ache &pressure around left eye &stomoch discomfort suggest some problem with right eye following head trauma....
You should consult an opthalmoligist the earliest &get detailedexamination of eye followed by specifictreatment.
