Suggest Treatment For Pressure Feeling In My Neck

Sometimes I feel pressure in my neck, sometimes warmth. Sometimes hot flashes followed by heart palpitations. My left leg is numb and there's a tingling in my back. My shoulders and ribs crack and are in pain. Sometimes the pain is in my arms and legs as well. Sometimes bruises appear in my chest area. I am 29, 5'10" and 225lbs. Only diagnosis is GERD. My testosterone is low.
