Suggest Treatment For Problem In Testicle Due To A Fall

my husband had a very bad fall when he was 11 climbing a tree and landed between his legs and has damaged his scrotum testies. When he ejaculates there is 0 sperm that come out. We had ivf they had to cut his scrotum testies to extract sperm. We had failed ivf and we have no money to get any more. Is there a specialist in Sydney or the northern beaches who specializes in repair of the scrotum testie so that the sperm will come out and we will fall pregnant naturally. He need to have this fixed asap r
