Suggest Treatment For Profuse Sweating And Weakness

This morning I had sudden onset of perfuse sweating, weakness/shaking, I felt like I need protein or something right now, I also was having trouble answering questions. I could see the answeres in my head. My husband got me almonds and cheese. I got better over then next 30 or so minutes. I am not diabetic. It was not a seizure. No chest pain. No pain at all. Just very weak... not sure if i could have gotten to the kitchen. It was 8:30am and I had eaten a little bit of warm and crunchy cereal at 5:30 and been drinking tea and sitting in my chair reading. NO headache. My routine meds have not changes. Xanax and Ambient at night. Viibryd, arumorthyroid, wellburton and Previcid in the am. I had taken those about 6 am. I had also taken 800 of Motrin for backache at 5:30am. Would an A1C show hypoglycemia? My clothes were very damp by the time it was over. What do you think?
