Hi thank you for posting your query in HCM..
if i were your treating doctor, i would ask the following questions.
Since how many months do you have this problem?
do you have diabetes. ?
Is there any recent weight loss ? If so, how many kgs were lost.?
Do you have increased appetite. ?
any palpitations. ?
i would ask for blood tests done for thyroid problems.
the symptoms you display are more suggestive of hyperthyroidism. this occurs due to excessive production of thyroid hormones by the body.
I would advise you to get a thyroid profile test done and to consult a gastrroenterologist near you. I would advise you to have a healthy and balanced diet and to get regular exercises. Avoid iodine rich foods like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli.
Wishing you good health.
