Suggest Treatment For Progressive Pain In The Feet
I have been having progressive pain in my feet for over two months now. originally started in left foot and now in both...shooting pain on top/inside of both , pain constant, at times shooting, burning and at night shooting pain. what can I do to relieve pain? 53 yrs, I am not diabetic, healthy, dont smoke, drink or take meds and never had problems with my feet until now. Its affecting my LIFE what is this pain? and what can I do?
The pain also worsens with activity. Most people can manage plantar fasciitis with at-home treatment. Resting the foot and applying ice can reduce inflammation. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as ibuprofen or naproxen sodium, can help with pain management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
