Hi doctors .......... my cousin is 34 years old , 3 years ago he suffered from disc prolapse L4 & L5 & treated medically on NSAIDs . 2 years later he suffered from acute renal failure Cr 2.9-3 .ultrasound shows renal echogenicity grade 2-3 , bilateral shrunken kidneys & bilateral diffuse renal parenchymal pathology ............ how to manage & increase kidney suvival ??
