Suggest Treatment For Prolapsed Disc

Sir,

In the year 2003 i was diagnosed for disc prolapse from l1 to l5.

i was at home on continous traction for 24 hrs X 10 days .



Subsequently i becme o.kay.



Last week i was walking on the road when i noticed a motorcyclist was

knocked down on the road and he fell under the bike i rushed to lift the bike

which was a bullett bike and since then i am suffering from acute pain and

difficulties in body movement.

daily traction ., ift , tablet zulu not improving much.



can you suggest some massage treatment pl.
